About Us
Since our inception in 2018 in Belleville, our partnership team was determined to apply a blue-collar approach with midwestern dispositions to the insurance industry. Based on experience, expertise and moral direction, we knew there was a better way to service customers than they had been historically. Thus, the creation of Strategic Risk Management Group. We have since grown by adding a long established and very respected brokerage firm in Alton called Norton & Rain. By combining our teams, we have a greater reach and ability to better service our clients.

RICHARD SAUGET JR.
“The Mayor”, Rich Sauget Jr., boasts a unique and diverse background. As a public official and Mayor of Sauget, IL, Richard has a constant finger on the pulse of local and regional tax structures and governmental movement. Mr. Sauget sits on numerous boards throughout the Metro East and also helps facilitate growth and company agreements.

As a vital member of Strategic Risk Management Group, Dave Miller brings years of insurance and policy expertise to the team .
With extensive understanding in many claims and adjusting areas, Dave continues to be recognized as one of the industries top professionals in the Metro East and Greater St. Louis areas.

Scott is an executive with almost forty years of insurance and business strategy experience. His strategic vision has helped numerous companies and individuals succeed.
Scott has spent time as a VP, Manager, Producer and Account Executive throughout his career at the country’s largest and most successful brokerage firms.
CHRIS WISSEHR
Chris has been in the insurance industry
since 1982.
Her varied yet essential responsibilities over the years have included customer service and rating personal and commercial lines, as well as accounting and contributing to the day-to-day management of the agency.”
CHELSEA EILERS
Chelsea has worked in insurance for several years after nearly a decade of hospitality management. She is a licensed broker in property and casualty and in the process of getting licensed in life and health. As senior account manager, she manages the portfolios of our personal and commercial clients, customer service, and accounting by working closely with our agents on all new business and renewals.
JOHN RAIN
John is an Alton native and has been in the insurance business since 1975. John remains active in his church and numerous community service organizations. He is licensed to sell insurance in Illinois and Missouri. John works at Norton & Rain, an affiliate corporation of SRM.
PAUL BARBARY
Paul was born and raised in Alton. He has been in the insurance business since 1991 and continues to be involved with several non-profit organizations in the area.
